Why we started Arizona IV

After nearly 30 years as a chiropractic physician caring for people with severe, chronic, and complicated pain and injuries at Arizona Pain & Posture, Dr. Marc Bonacci saw an opportunity to make professionally administered IV hydration and wellness services more accessible.
He founded Arizona IV in 2021 with a straightforward goal: offer personalized, high-quality IV therapy in a comfortable clinical setting at competitive prices.
Arizona IV serves people seeking hydration, wellness, exercise recovery, and other individually selected services following appropriate clinical screening. For some existing Arizona Pain & Posture patients, IV services may also be considered as complementary wellness support alongside their established care.
